David began his insurance career with the Prudential after graduating from Hamilton College in 1977. He subsequently obtained an MBA degree from the University of Virginia and spent the next twenty years in marketing, sales and senior management positions in the consumer foods industry. David joined Iroquois in a consulting capacity in 2000, focusing on marketing and strategic planning. In 2005, he joined Iroquois full time to manage the Iroquois South territory and to oversee Iroquois' marketing efforts. David lives in Charleston, South Carolina, and spends most of his time traveling throughout the Southern states.

Phil joined Iroquois in 1999 with 27 years of experience in the Property and Casualty business. He worked at Commercial Union and CGU and spent 21 years with Selective Insurance Company, where he held management positions in Marketing, Claims, Premium Audit and Loss Control. After working with Iroquois in Maryland for 6 years, he relocated to Ellenton, Florida in 2004 to help Iroquois expand its presence in that state. Phil and his wife Lynne have three grown sons.
